1. Q: I reordered the same product as before - why does it look different this time?

A: Our products are made-to-order with fresh, natural ingredients. It is possible that products have different consistencies, colors and overall appearance if sources or suppliers change, depending on ingredient availabilities, causing product consistencies to possibly vary. You're more than welcome to reach out to us to find out more about your specific product batch to confirm and appease any concerns you may have.

2. Q. How long should my product last?
A: This depends on frequency of use as well as pet size. We aim for products to last minimum one month, full-time, for the maximum dosage amount.

3. Q: Can I return my product?
A: Returns are accepted at any time, however we can only issue a refund if the product is unopened and unused. If you feel like the quality of a product is not up to par, we will replace it or exchange at no extra cost.  However, the customer is responsible for shipping fees back to us. We will always try to ensure a satisfactory experience, to the best of our ability within reasonable requests.

4. Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: All our products are mixed and packed fresh when ordered, so there may be some processing and packaging time to consider. Please allow up to one week (5 business days) to receive your shipping confirmation. Orders are picked up daily, so once shipping confirmation is received, your order should arrive within the time-frame of your purchased shipping type.
